TOWNSHIP SUPERVISOR DIES IN AUTO CRASH
Funeral services will be held Thursday for Joseph Heggan, 50, Blue Anchor, road supervisor of Winslow township, who died yesterday in West Jersey Homeopathic hospital, several hours after being injured in an automobile accident in Elm. Services will take place at the home at 2 p.m. and burial will be in Blue anchor Cemetery.
Mr. Heggan is survived by his widow, Alice M. Heggan. He was a member of Court Pioneers No. 148, F. of A.
Mr. Heggan's machine collided with an automobile driven by Frederick Di Clement, Jr., 20, Elm. Di Clement and his father, Frederick, were both injured. The younger Di Clement was held in $1000 bail on a technical charge of manslaughter by justice of the Peace Archibald Boardman, of Elm.
