Born in Lititz, PA, Rachel is the widow of Kenneth L. Enck and the daughter of the late Milton and Nettie Hummer Cassel.
She was a member of the Lititz Church of the Brethren and enjoyed being a homemaker, reading the Bible, sewing, gardening and collected cards she received during holidays.
Surviving are four sons, Calvin L., married to Doris McClellan Enck, New Providence, PA, Lester D., married to Dawn Troop Enck, Ephrata, PA, Terry N. Enck and William P. Enck, both of Lititz; a daughter, Rose A. Enck of Ephrata; two sisters and a brother; 8 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren and one step great grandchild.
She was preceded in death by two granddaughters, three sisters, and two brothers.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend Rachel's Life Celebration Service from the Spacht Funeral Home, 127 S. Broad St., Lititz, PA on Tuesday Feb. 10, 2015 at 11:00 AM with the Rev. Stephen R. Hess officiating. Interment will be in East Fairview Cemetery. Friends may call at Spacht's on Monday from 7-9 PM and on Tuesday from 10-11:00 AM. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be sent to the Lititz Church of the Brethren, 300 W. Orange St., Lititz, PA
