Donna Proco Roberts, 59, passed away Sunday, May 7, 2006 at her home in Christiansburg. She was a long time employee at Virginia Tech. She leaves to cherish her memory her husband, James E. Roberts; son and daughter-in-law, William E. and Kimberly Roberts of Orlando, Fla.; daughter and son-in-law, Carolyn R. and Gerry Masinsky of Myrtle Beach, S.C.; granddaughter, Logan Masinsky; sisters, Lois Hodges, Shelby Davis and Evanne Fleming; brothers, Garland Proco and Paul Proco; aunt, Billie Helms; and special friends, Rosa Lee Bishop, Mary Thompson, Starr Akers, David and Charlotte Roberts and Bobby and Shelby Roberts. The family wishes to express their thanks to the Good Samaritan Hospice. The family will receive friends from 5 until 8 p.m. Monday, May 8, 2006 at the New Hope Church of God. Funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Tuesday, May 9, 2006 at the New Hope Church of God with Pastor T. Michael Bond officiating. Interment will follow in Sunset Cemetery. The Roberts Family is being served by Horne Funeral Service, Christiansburg, 382-2612.
