She was born in Hanford, CA to George and Myrtie Belle (née Hart) Ellsworth, and she lived most of her life in the San Joaquin Valley.
She was the cafeteria manager at Fresno's Viking Elementary School for 18 years. "Well done Myrtle Marie, pass on to your reward."
She was preceded in death by her three husbands, Ed, Henry and Del; her parents, and her sister, Mable Laurene Clat- worthy.
Myrtle Marie is survived by her daughters, Laurie Kauffman and her husband George of Fresno, Catrina Spann and her husband Jack of Clovis, and Marilyn Cunningham and her husband Richard of Fresno; grandchildren, Bob Papazian and his wife Peggy of Fresno, Teresa Baron and her husband Flip of Madera, Mary Papazian of Tulare, Cari Lake and her husband Brad of Clovis, Kim Campise of Fresno, Philip Schlatter and his wife Andrea of Fresno, and Joyce Cochron and her husband Josh of Fresno; great-grandchildren, Mark and Jeff Papazian of Fresno, Kelly and Nick Baron of Madera, Paul Moore and David Moore and his wife Lauren of Tulare, Erica Lake of Clovis, and Haylee, Madison and Elijah Cochron of Fresno; and one great-great grandchild, Emily Moore of Tulare, with another great-great grandchild expected in October.
Visitation will be held at Stephens & Bean on Sunday, May 14, 2006, from 12:00 noon to 5:00 p.m.
A Graveside Service will be at Fresno Memorial Gardens on Monday, May 15, 2006, at 10:00 a.m.
