Maria Giampietro Of Coraopolis, age 79, passed away on Thursday December 21, 2006; wife of the late Antonio; loving mother of Yola (Antonio) Battaglini, Giacomo (Carol) Giampietro, Leonardo (Sherry) Giampietro, Annamarie (Emilio) Angelone and Diane (Vince) DeFelice, also the late Gaetanina and Nina; sister of Rose Dinunno and Ann Switzer; also the late Gaetano Celeste; grandmother of 16, great grandmother of 17. Also leaves many nieces and nephews. Maria was a member of the Christian Mothers and a devoted member of the Mother of Mt. Carmel. She was loved by all who knew her. Maria was devoted to the Holy Rosary and said it every single day. She loved our Blessed Lord and Our Blessed Mother so much. Maria always went to church. When she prayed, she not only prayed with her mouth, she prayed with her heart. Completely devoted everyday to prayer.
