Thursday, June 28, 1979---GREENWICH — Clarence Kinyon, 81, of Greenwich died June 22 in Mary McCullan Hospital, after a brief illness. Mr. Kinyon was born October 20, 1897 in the Town of Jackson. He was a retired employee of the Stevens and Thompson Paper Co. in Greenwich. He was a member of the Bottskill Baptist Church of Greenwich, and a 50-year member and past master of Ashlar Lodge 584, F.&A.M., of Greenwich. Survivors are nieces and nephews. Services were conducted Monday morning at Flynn Bros. Funeral Home, Greenwich by the Rev. Roger W. Hill, pastor of Bottskill Baptist Church. Interment was in Greenwich Cemetery. The family has suggested that memorials be made in the form of contributions to the Easton Greenwich Rescue Squad.
