As of this writing, Benjamin's place of burial has not been found by any Find a Grave contributor. As far as his place of death goes, it was probably either Lyndeborough, New Hampshire or Lawrence, Massachusetts. His son Benjamin Asbury was born a month before his father died. On several of the Federal Census, Benjamin Jr. says he was born in New Hampshire. That would support the theory his father died in Lyndeborough. In the obituary of Stephen W. Goodridge, another one of Benjamin's sons, it states that as a youth, his family moved to Lawrence, Massachusetts. By 1860, the family was indeed living in Lawrence according to the census. The question is did Benjamin bring his family there before his death? Otherwise why would his wife uproot her six children to another state. It doesn't appear she was looking for a good paying job to support her family. In the 1860 census, she states her occupation as a home maker. One of her teenage daughters had a job. Therefore it is possible that Benjamin Sr. could have died in Lawrence and Benjamin Jr. could have been born there also.
