She is preceded in death by her husband, Harold Meredith. Rita and Harold were married for 70 years.
She was born in Ross County, Ohio, on July 27, 1923. A loving wife, mother and grandmother, she worked her whole life for others.
Rita is survived by her daughter Gail, sons, Gary and David and granddaughter Jenny.
A viewing will be held on Thursday, March 5th, from 6:30-8:30pm at the Oceanside Church of Christ. The funeral services will be held at 2:00pm on Friday, March 6, at Oceanside Church of Christ, burial services to follow at Florida Memorial Gardens.
