Services will be conducted Friday at 1 p.m. in the Shields Church of God for Dan Helton, 64, Lejunior, who died Tuesday in Harlan Appalachian Regional Hospital after a long illness.
Burial will be in Grays Knob Cemetery with the Rev. Kelly Gibson officiating.
He is survived by a brother, Elmer of Kitts; and three sisters, Sally Slusher, Lejunior; Hazel Cooper, Evarts and Corine Sihock, California.
Pallbearers will be Buster Doan, Billy Doan, Chester Doan, Tommy Doan, Elmer Cooper and Jimmy Cooper.
The family will receive friends today from 6 until 9 pm in the chapel of the Evarts Funeral Home and after 10 am Friday.
