Vivian Smith, 94
Mother of Mrs. Jeanne (Eugene) McCord of Bluffton, Mrs. Vivian Smith, 94, died Tuesday night in Idylwood Care Center in Sunnyvale Calif. She had been ill one week.
She was a native of Ravenna, Ohio, and a daughter of Emerson and Nettie Smith.
She had taught school a number of years in Ohio before moving to California.
In addition to the daughter in Bluffton, she is survived by a son, G. Robert Botkin of Los Altos, Calif.; eight grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.
Memorial services and burial at Ravenna, Ohio, will be conducted at a later date.
