POLICEMAN KILLS MAN NEAR CANANEA; SKIPS
CANANEA, Son., Mex., July 14.--Alfredo Jiminez was killed by a policeman, Jose Moroyoqui, yesterday morning at 11 o'clock at Puebla Nueva, near here. Jiminez had been raising a disturbance there and when the officer attempted to arrest him he was forced to shoot to protect himself from being shot.
Immediately after the shooting the policeman became scared and took to the hills and several police were sent to bring him back to town. There will be no charges placed against him
