First off this is a very unusably gravestone. It has just Mother, Father, children names and their death year and 2nd Husband name and year.

Jane Ann Morley is the mother on this stone. The Father is Mark Smith Ford. Also there are three of their children, Melvin, d.1900, Walter d. 1894 and Mary d.1940, who never married. Another is Jane's 2nd husband who is (T)homas Turnbull.

Jane Ann and Mark Smith Ford were the parents to 15 Children and 11 where still living when Mark past away in 1906. William E. Ford is also a son who was born in 1877 in Rotherham, Yorkshire, England and died on 22 Dec 1945 in Illinois. His burial is said to be Pleasant Valley but I have checked all Pleasant Valley Cem. in Illinois and I can't find him.
