Donna I. St. John, 90, of Camden, Michigan passed away Sunday night at Hillsdale Community Health Center in Hillsdale, Michigan. She was born on February 28, 1925 in Rossford (actually Ross Twsp of Wood Cnty), Ohio to Alvin B. and Irene (Rideout) Crago. Donna graduated from Olney High School in 1943. On June 24, 1951 she married Joseph E. St. John at Black Swamp Church of the Brethren in Millbury, Ohio.
Donna was a member and church organist for Silver Creek Church of the Brethren in Pioneer. Donna had played an organ for a total of 75 years. She was a devoted farmer's wife, and a bookkeeper for the farm and Amboy Township.
Donna was preceded in death by her parents, and three sisters, Verla Herrington, Dorothy McCamey and Gladys "Mickey" Rust.
A time to receive friends will be on Monday, March 9th from 12-1pm at Silver Creek Church of the Brethren, 17579 County Road 16, Pioneer, Ohio. Services will be at 1pm at the church with Pastor Terry Baldwin to officiate. Interment will follow at Floral Grove Cemetery in Pioneer, Ohio. Donations may be made to the church.
