Greenwood SC - Mrs. Nell Ouzts Partlow, 85, widow of Pierce M. Partlow, died Friday [August 17, 1984]. Born in Greenwood County, she was a daughter of the late James Talbert and Lula McManus Ouzts. She was a retired seamstress and a charter member of Laurel Baptist Church. Surviving are a brother, Dr. William H. Ouzts of Spartanburg; a sister, Mrs. Lena O. Rush of Greenwood; and nieces and nephews. Burial in Greenwood Memorial Gardens. Blyth Funeral Home. The State, August 19, 1984.
