Obituary for Ms. Willouise McCoy Bunch
Nevils, Georgia

Ms. Willouise McCoy Bunch, age 72, died Thursday evening at the East Georgia Regional Medical Center in Statesboro. The Savannah, Georgia native lived most of her life in Bulloch County and was a homemaker.

Willouise loved people and always told everyone that she loved them. She enjoyed caring for her flowers, chickens and her dog “Lucy”.

She was preceded in death by a son, Winston Bunch; her parents, W.L. and Annie Mae Hart McCoy and two sisters, Jeanette Hendrix and Evalee Wise.

Surviving are four sons and three daughters-in-law, James and Jane Johnson of Nevils, Wendell and Debra Bunch of Claxton, Weldon Bunch and Tina Thompson of Nevils and Walton Bunch of Texas; a brother, Albert McCoy of Universal City, Tx; four grandchildren, Jessica Kilburn and Doug of Winder, Brandon Johnson and Jessica Spivey of Statesboro, Jonathan Bunch and Tiffany Thompson and six great grandchildren.

The family will receive visitors on Monday from 5:00pm until 8:00pm at Joiner-Anderson Funeral Home in Statesboro.

Funeral services will be Tuesday at 11:00am in the chapel of Joiner-Anderson Funeral Home.

Interment will be in Deloach’s Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery in Nevils.

Joiner-Anderson Funeral Home & Crematory of Statesboro is in charge of the arrangements.
