Lars Olafsson Udd and his wife Margreta Jonsdotter Fisk, along with his children, Margreta Larsdotter Udd, Olaf Larson Udd and Erick Larson Udd came to America in 1856 and settled in Henry County, Illinois. The family name of Udd was dropped after awhile and they used Larson.
