Daughter of Hester "Hetty" Brown and Thomas Green, born in 1849. She was born in Arkansas, her parents, Ohio.

At the 1850 census, Sugar Loaf, was in Crawford County. Sebastian County was created in 1851 from Crawford, Scott and Polk Counties.
