George Wills, 80, Babcock, died at 7:40 p.m. Thursday at Riverview Hospital. He had been a patient there 10 days. Cause of death was complications of old age.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Monday at Feldner Funeral Home in Nekoosa with the Rev. James Buckman officiating. Burial will be in Mound Cemetery at Pittsville.
Mr. Wills was born Dec. 24, 1889, in Pontiac, Ill. He had farmed in the Arpin and Pittsville area most of his life. His first wife, Mable Smith, died in 1922. He married Martha C. Itzen March 3, 1927, in Marshfield.
Survivors include his wife; seven sons; Dallas, Madison; Ray, Wisconsin Rapids; Glenn, Arpin; Lyle, Rockford, Ill.; Carl and Bud, Chicago, and Eldon, Pittsville; one stepson, Ken Wills, Marshfield; one daughter Mrs. Bobby Cotton, Clodine, Texas; two brothers, Raymond Peoria, Ill.; and Elmer Maryland; two sisters, Mrs. Buelah Downing and Mrs. Dollie Huling, both of Pontiac, Ill., and 40 grandchildren.
