of Whitman, formerly of Charlestown and Medford, died unexpected Wednesday April 1.
Beloved wife of the late James Buckley III and daughter of the late Hyacinth (Kinsley) Butler and William Butler.
She is survived by her loving children:
James Buckley IV of Fort Lauderdale FL,
Christopher Buckley his fiancee Heather Bennett of Abington
and Shannan (Buckley) Drosopoulos and her husband Nick Drosopoulos Jr of Marshfield.
Adored grandmother to her five grandchildren.
She is also survived by her sisters:
Carol (Butler) Tucker,
Jean (Butler) Brown,
Elaine (Butler) Maher,
Maureen Butler
and her brothers:
Richard Butler,
Michael Butler,
Mark Butler,
John Butler
and the late William (Bill) Butler.
Barbara also leaves behind many loving nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and extended family including her work family of the last 20+ years at Steward Medical in Whitman, MA.
Her services will be held Thursday April 9,
a funeral mass at 9 AM in St. Bridget Church, Abington.
Burial will follow in St. Patrick Cemetery, Rockland.
