foot. The deceased, who was 45, leaves a widow and 3 children. The
funeral will be held today from St. Boniface Church.

Thomas Dirkman, aged thirty-nine years, proprietor of Dirkman’s hall on the
Green Bay road for the past two years, died of dropsy Monday night.
The decedent was a native of the town of Kossuth. He was a resident of the
county all his life. About seventeen years ago he was married to Miss Mary
Herman. He is survived by his wife and three children—one son, one daughter
and one adopted son.
The funeral was held this Thursday morning at 9 o’clock from the St. Boniface
church, this city. Interment took place at Calvary cemetery.
Mr. Dirkman was well known in this city, and his untimely demise will be regretted
by all who know him.
