Liddie or Lydia Lemley is as Lida Lemley in the 1860 Federal Census of Palo Pinto Co., TX at 13 years of age putting her birth at 1847, but the 1850 Federal Census of Union County, IL says she was 7, putting her birth around 1843. Since the 1850 is more exact with Liddie's siblings, I would believe her birth date to be either c.1843.

There are several accounts of the abduction of the Lemley sisters in several books. One says it happened in Feb 1860, but another puts it in Jan 1861, and I would tend to believe the 1861 date because she was alive in the 1860 FED Census which would post date the Feb 1860 as a date of death.
