Leo J. Kattner, age 89, of Manitowoc, died Wednesday afternoon, April 6, 1994, at the Holy Family Memorial Medical Center, Manitowoc.
Funeral Services will be held at 9:30 a.m. Friday, April 8, 1994,at the Pfeffer Funeral Home and 10 a.m. at St. Boniface CatholicChurch, Manitowoc. Concelebrating at the Mass of Christian Burial will be the Revs. Gerald Prusakowski O.F.M. and James Stamborski with burial to follow at the Calvary Cemetery, Manitowoc.
He was born December 16, 1904, in Manitowoc, son of the late Paul and Martha Schipper Kattner. He married the former O’Delia Bonk on May 31, 1926, at St. Boniface Catholic Church, Manitowoc. She preceded him in death September 1, 1971. Mr. Kattner was a butcher by trade who owned and operated his own meat market in Two Rivers from 1926 until 1935. He was also employed with the Kadow Meat Market and in 1957 worked at Holy Family Hospital as a maintenance engineer retirmg in 1969. He was a member of the Knights of Columbus Council 710 and enjoyed playing bingo with his many friends.

He was also preceded in death by a son, LeRoy Kattner, four brothersand two sisters.
Friends may call at the Pfeffer Funeral Home, Manitowoc, from 4-8 this Thursday, April 7, 1994, where a prayer service will be held at 7 p.m. by Father Jerry.
Grandpa Leo will be sadly missed by his family, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
