Louise was born on January 24, 1917 in Des Moines, the daughter of George and Marie (Ford) Dressick. She worked at Wonder Bakery and Goodwill Industries as a cashier before she retired in 1989. Louise was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Everett; and a son, Bob.
Louise is survived by daughters, Beverly Armantrout and Barbara (Oliver) Wright of Altoona and Sue (Bob) Vignovich of Berwick; sons, Don (Eleanor) and Ron (Andrea) of Des Moines; sisters, Marge Helm, Kate Andrews and Kelly Herrera; 19 grandchildren; 38 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Sunday, February 19, 2006, at Iles Funeral Homes, Grandview Park Chapel with a vigil service at 6 p.m. Memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
