Shirley Miller, age 69, of 3705 S. 15th Street, Manitowoc, died Wednesday, April 2, 1997, at her residence.
A Memorial Mass will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, April 5, 197, at St. Andrew Catholic Church. Officiating will be Father Tom Wojciechowski, O.F.M.
She was born August 20, 1927, in Rockwood, Wis., daughter of the late Frank and Katherine Mulholland Delsman. She was educated in the Manitowoc School System and graduated with the Class of 1945 from Lincoln High School. She married Alfred Miller on May 24, 1947, in Manitowoc. She was a member of St. Andrew Catholic Church.
Survivors include her husband, Alfred Miller, Manitowoc; one son and daughter-in-law, Mark and Diane Miller, Manitowoc; four daughters and sons-in-law, Susan and Patrick Brandl, Manitowoc, Judy and Jeffrey Check, Newton, Linda and Dennis Brandl, Manitowoc, Letty and Joe Ward, Carson City, Nev.; one brother and sister-in-law, Allan and Rapee-phan Delsman, Korot, Thailand; two sisters and brothers-in-law, Kathleen and Lloyd Wilda, Two Rivers, Kathleen and George Holdorf, Janesville, Wis.; seven grandchildren, Tami Brandl, Milwaukee, Tina Brandl, Manitowoc, Nick Brandl, Manitowoc, Rebecca Brandl, Manitowoc, Chris Brandl, Manitowoc, Callie and Joey Ward, Carson City, Nev.; five brothers-in-law and six sisters-in-law. She was preceded in death by her parents and one brother, Francis.
There will be no Friday evening visitation.
The Jens Funeral Home is assisting the family with funeral arrangements.
