Allred was born March 19, 1928, in Oklahoma City to Cleveland Russell and Viola (Snell) Allred. He lived in Afton since 1982, moving from Del City.
He worked for Tinker Air Force Base in property disposal for 30 years, retiring in 1982.
He married Reba Haynes on May 18, 1951, in Norman. She survives, of the home.
Additional survivors include two sons, Clifford Allred and wife Vickie of Oklahoma City and Bryan Allred of Afton; four brothers, J.D. Allred of Maryland, John Allred of Ohio, Bob Allred of Lawton and Russell Allred of Oklahoma; one sister, Sue Reed of Shawnee, and one grandson, Gary Allred of Oklahoma City.
He was preceded in death by one son, Jack Allred; one brother, William Allred, and one sister, Mildred Fries.
Services will be 2 p.m. Saturday at Mt. Hope Cemetery in Afton with the Rev. Butch Miller officiating.
Arrangements are under the direction of Guilford-Thomas Funeral Home in Afton.
