Passed peacefully away at home. Predeceased by her husband Frederick Abbott (1987). Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories her daughters: Rennie (Alex), Jean (Saul), Glennis (Allan), Anita (Denny), and Shirley (Leonard); sons: James (Rita), Ernest (Barbara), Roy (Susie), Gary (Virginia) and Mark (Jenifer); 19 grandchildren; 19 great grandchildren; one sister Margaret Edison (Herb); also many other relatives and friends. Resting at Barretts Funeral Home, 328 Hamilton Avenue from 11am-9pm on Tuesday and then from 10am-9pm on Wednesday and from 10am-12noon on Thursday. Funeral service to be held from Barretts Chapel on Thursday, August 2, 2007 at 2:00 p.m. Interment to follow at The Field of Honor, Mount Pleasant Cemetery.
