Dorothy accepted Jesus Christ as her Lord and Savior. She was a homemaker and worked at Northwestern High School. Dorothy enjoyed playing bingo and spending time with her family and pets after retiring.
Dorothy is survived by her two sons, Ron (Ronda) Tedder, Kokomo and Terry (Mitzi) Tedder, Campbellsville, Kentucky; three daughters, Dianna (Ron) Schmitt, Pamela McClaran and Sandra (Pat) Craig, all of Kokomo; brother, Jesse D. (Wilodean) Wall Sr., Florida; grandchildren, Jimmy (Monica) and Stephanie Ringley, Jason (Miranda), Troy, Josh (Hayley) Tedder, Ryan and Brent McClaran, all of Kokomo, Austin (Tiffany) Tedder, Campbellsville, Kentucky, and Amy (Chris) McClaran-Long, West Lafayette; 18 great-grandchildren; six great-great-grandchildren; special family member, Randol Travnicek; and many nieces and nephews.
Dorothy was preceded in death by her parents; husband; brothers, Lewis, Bob and Jim Wall; and sisters, Dessie Bowley, Essie Ward and Mary Stalnaker.
A funeral service will be at 1 p.m. Thursday at Ellers Mortuary Main Street Chapel, with the Rev. Jr. Melton officiating. Family and friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. Burial will be at Crown Point Cemetery.
