Edward George Abele was the son of Casper Abele and Margaret Geist Abele. He married Sadie Price in 1905 and they had at least two children: Carmen Abele, and Edward Price Abele. He next married (1922) widow Nora Rainer Sims Abele and they had a son named Merrill Dean Abele together.
