He is survived by his wife Charlotte Records, five Children, Frank Dee, Billy, Sandy, Stacey and Stephanie, one sister, Betty Pugh, and three brothers, Jimmy, Gary and Mike Bruin. He was preceded in death by four brothers, David, Billie, Charles and Larry Bruin.
Interment will take place in the Riverside Cemetery, Falmouth with full military honors.
