Robert Harrison was the son of Robert Harrison, Sr. and Sarah (maiden name unknown).
On the 1850 Dist. 2, Calvert Co., Maryland census, I found farmer and planter Robert Harrison of Robt (AKA son of Robert), 50 with $9600 in real estate; Martha Harrison, 18 and laborer Charles Johnson, 22, all Maryland born. They lived next to his brother George W Harrison and his family.
Apparently Robert married a much younger Martha Ann Harrison and they had Harrison children:
