Kathryn A. Murray, 90, of Butler died Sunday, June 18, 2006, at St. Francis Hospital in Litchfield. She was born Tuesday, April 18, 196, in Ramsey, the daughter of John T. and Anna M. Thull Miller. She married Wayne F. Murray in 1940; he died in 2003. A son, Gregory Murray, also preceded her in death. Mrs. Murray was a registered nurse at St. Francis Hospital in Litchfield for 18 years and a homemaker. She was a member of St. Agnes Catholic Church in Hillsboro, the Altar and Rosary Society and Retired Nurses Association. Survivors: nine sons, Dale (wife, Barbara) Murray of Taylorville, Thomas (wife, Mable) Murray Sr. and Stephen (wife, Irma) and Patrick Murray, all of Hillsboro, Daniel (wife, Nancy) and Leo (wife, Martha) Murray, both of Irving, Raymond (wife, Brenda) Murray of Altamonte Springs, Fla., Miller John (wife, Janice) Murray of Chicago and Gerald Murray (companion, Glen Powers) of Arlington, Texas; two daughters, Veronica (husband, Glenn) Armentrout of Butler and Ann (husband, John) Burrow of Carlinville; 44 grandchildren; and 50 great-grandchildren. Funeral Mass: 10 a.m. Wednesday, St. Agnes Catholic Church, Hillsboro, the Rev. James Neuman officiating. Graveside services: St. Agnes Cemetery, Hillsboro. Hough & Son's Funeral Home in Hillsboro is in charge of arrangements.
