Died of cancer, Mr. William A. McDonald, son of W. A. and E. N. McDonald, aged thirty years, ten months and twenty-two days. Mr. McDonald was born in Muskingum county, Ohio, June 24, 1854, and died in Jackson county, Kansas, three miles west of Holton, May 16, 1885. Funeral services Sunday, the 17th, conducted by D. C. Ellis, pastor of the Baptist church in Holton.
