Died at 5:45 p.m. Wednesday at Charity Hospital, New Orleans. He was 17, a native of Morganza and a resident of 2553 Madison Ave. Body at Gilbert Funeral Home from 3 to 5:30 p.m. Friday. Wake services at St. Mary Baptist Church, Lettsworth, Friday night with religious services at the church at 11 a.m. Saturday, conducted by the Rev. Joes Holmes Jr. Burial in St. Mary Cemetery. Survived by his mother, Mrs. Annie Mae Williams, Lettsworth; his father, the Rev. Aaron Britten Sr., Baton Rouge; his stepmother, Mrs. George Britten; his maternal grandmother, Mrs. Rennetta Williams, Lettsworth; his paternal grandmother, Mrs. Elizabeth Taylor Britten, Baton Rouge; eight sisters, eight brothers; five uncles and four aunts. He was a 1970 graduate of McKinley Senior High School.
