Harold E. Wade, 60, 2108 S. Macedonia, former city plumbing inspector, died Sunday at Ball Hospital. Born in Cass County, he was a Muncie resident for 12 years. He was a member of the Plumbers and Steam Fitters Local 661 and was co-owner in the Caboose Bar.
Mr. Wade is survived by his widow, Eva D.; his stepsons, Charles, Gene, Everett and Jim Hinds, all of Muncie; 12 granchildren; and three sisters, Mrs. Ester Tishnouer and Mrs. Gertrude Felknor, of Logansport, and Mrs. Betty Barnes of North Manchester.
Services will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday at Parson Mortuary with Rev. Jack Thomas officiating. Entombment will follow at Elm Ridge Cemetery Mausoleum. Friends may call from 7 to 9 o'clock this evening or before services Tuesday.
