Flora J. Nelson Dies Late Sunday

Trafalgar, Oct 25 - Mrs. Flora Jane Nelson, a resident of Trafalgar 20 years, died Sunday night at 10 o'clock in the Johnson County Memorial Hospital where she had been a patient for ten days.

Funeral services are to be conducted in the Sprague Mortuary at 2 o'clock Wednesday afternoon. Burial will be in Floral Plark Cemetery in Indianapolis.

Friends have been invited to call at the funeral home Tuesday afternoon from 2 until 5 o'clock in the evening from 7 to 9 and Wednesday until time for the services. They are invited to attend the rites.

Moved to County

The daughter of Mr. and Mrs. David Johnson, Mrs. Nelson was born Dec. 23, 1886, in Kentucky and came with her family to Indiana when she was three years of age.

Twice married, she became the bride of James Burg in 1906 and three sons were born to them. After the death of Mr. Burg, she then married Smith Nelson in 1936 and his death occurred about two years ago.

For the past 20 years, Mrs. Nelson had resided six miles south of Trafalgar.

She is survived by the sons, Homer Burg, of Memphis, Tenn.; Harry Burg, of Trafalgar, and James Burg, of Indianapolis.

Others remaining are six grandchildren, two brothers, Earl Johnson, of Indianapolis; Clarence Johnson, of Kokomo, and a sister, Miss Mary Johnson, of South Bend.
