Elizabeth Aiken was born in County Antrim, Ireland. She married Robert McCall in 1773, and in 1775, they came to Pennsylvania in America. Later they moved to Virginia, and after that to Burke County, North Carolina near what is presently the the Burke/Caldwell County line.
