CLINCHPORT - Dewey Jennings, 75, died at Holston Valley Community Hospital in Kingsport Friday [2/8/1974] after a long illness.
He was a retired carpenter for the old Blue Ridge Glass Company and a veteran of World War I.
Survivors include a brother, Midas Jennings of New Orleans; half-sisters, Mrs. William E. (Edith) Cox and Mrs. Fred (Thelma) Thomas, both of Kingsport, and Mrs. Earl (Nell) Miller, Church Hill; and a half-brother, Lester Jennings, Kingsport.
Gate City Funeral Home is in charge.
