Ezra Le Roy Cary, 224 1/2 Louie Ave., passed away in a Stockton hospital Wednesday afternoon following a short illness. He was a native of Kansas aged 76 years.
Mr. Cary had resided in the Lodi area since 1934. He leaves a wife, Edith E. Cary, and the following children: Mrs. Neva Logue of Kensington, Kansas, Vern Cary of Stockton, Glenn Cary of Calistoga, Charles Cary of Calistoga, Mrs. Norma Bergstrom of Sacramento, and Mrs. Agnes Coon of Stockton.
He leaves also the following brothers: Orie Cary of Colorado, Leslie Cary of Kansas, Leon Cary of Kansas, Lavern Cary of Kansas, Carl Cary of Nebraska, Ira Cary of Oregon.
He is survived by the following sisters: Mrs. Hettie McFarland of Kansas, Mrs. Mabel Parker of Texas, Mrs. Mellie Buzzell of Oregon, Mrs. Hattie Iguleden of Oregon.
He also leaves ten grandchildren.
