Blaine was born to Anna Marie and Adam Lowry. The marriage of his mother and father occurred in Pennsylvania where his two oldest siblings were born.
The relocation of the young family was to Laprairie, or Rock, Center township where Adam's cousin Robert Lowry lived.
This was around the year of 1873/74 and the family lived in the Township area, Rock county, WI. Several Lowry families owned land with three plots/acreages next to each other marked with "Lowry " -it was calculated the distant Ireland cousins 4th generation families who farmed the land there in the Center or LaPrairie township. This is where his sister Mary Jane met 4th cousin Robert Lowry)/Blaine's brother in law. His jobs in his lifetime were helping his father farm and also work with his father as a laborer in Janesville/shoemaking business of his father.
His neighbors worked for the railroad system in Janesville-next to their farm were Lawrence, Grants from Scotland, Keward, Laboshire and Deforest families( whose daughters were teachers- Shirle and Jesse taught Blaine and his siblings).
He lived a short life being laid to rest at 20 years of age next to his parents. Several census showed Blaine working as a farm hand with his father(Adam also was listed later as a local shoemaker)/farming. Unfortunately his father passed away in 1910 at 69 years- a year before his eternal passing.
A plague had passed through the county and was especially a difficult one on young people. The family mourned his passing with such a brief life here. He was only 20 years of age.
He was survived by his siblings: Mattie, Mary Jane, Grace, Ella and Jesse Belle. Two brothers previously passed prior to him-AW/Jas( only 11 years of age) and Everett as a young boy(7-8);
His brother in law Robert S. Lowry who was a distant cousin preceded him in death in 1905.
Siblings Emma, A.M./Everett and his parents predeceased Blaine. They were placed near one another at Oakhill Cem. on the west side of the cemetery under the beautiful long standing big oak shade tree.
