Mrs. Alice Joseph Baker born June 24, 1931 at Cutshin, KY., the daughter of the late, Arnold Joseph & Stella Baker Joseph she departed this life on Saturday, June 20, 2015 at the University of Kentucky Medical Center, Lexington, Ky. at the age of 83. Alice was a life-long resident of Leslie County. She was a member of the Cutshin Church of Christ, Yeaddiss, KY. & a loving, caring wife, mother & homemaker. Alice enjoyed gardening, watching old western movies & especially spending time with her family.
Alice Joseph Baker was preceded in death by her parents, loving & devoted husband, Willie Baker, sons, Wayne & Billy Baker, daughters, Patricia Baker & Rhonda Kennedy, brothers, Forester, Frank, Bill & Henderson Joseph, brother-in-law, Lupe' Hernandez & sister-in-law, Lutisha Joseph
She leaves the following relatives surviving, daughter, Tena Baker Dean & James, Yeaddiss, KY., son-in-law, Darryl Kennedy, Harned, Ky., daughter-in-law; Linda Allen Baker, brothers, Warney Joseph, East Bernstadt, KY., Lonnie Joseph & Maye, London, KY. & Don Joseph & Faye, London, KY., sisters, Edna Hernandez, Wauchula, Florida, Shirley Baker, London, KY., Becky Baker & Henderson, London, KY. & Linda Hayes & Bill, East Bernstadt, Ky., grandchildren, Willice R. Baker & Carrie, Vanessa Michelle White & Ryne & Jamie Leigh Dean, great-grandson, Callen R. Baker also a host of nieces, nephews other relatives & friends survive.
