By occupation Tena had worked as a medical records clerk at the Central Carolina Hospital. She enjoyed reading, sewing and watching crime shows on television.
Tena was preceded in death by her beloved parents, Willie Baker and Alice Joseph Baker, brothers, Manis Wayne Baker and Billy Baker and sisters, Patricia Baker and Rhonda Kennedy. She leaves the following relatives surviving; loving and devoted husband, James Dean, Yeaddiss, KY., cherished daughter, Jamie Leigh Dean and Rasheen Williams, Savannah, Georgia, nephew, Willice Baker and Carrie, IN., niece, Vanessa White and Ryne, Bowling Green, KY., special cousin, Jimmy Joseph, Big Laurel, KY. and best friend, Teresa Lewis, Yeaddiss, KY. She also leaves behind step family who loved her, especially her precious great grandchildren, Gabriel and Serenity. Also a host of other relatives and friends survive.
Funeral: Wednesday, July 6, 2022 at 2:00 P.M. at the Dwayne Walker Funeral Home, Hyden, KY.
