Alvah Quick, one of the oldest citizens of Deckertown, died of the infirmities of old age on Monday of last week. He was a son of Joseph and Sarah Quick and was born in Beemerville. He was aged 81 years. Sixty years ago, he married Miss Mary Crane of Wantage who died about 12 years ago.
