Mr. Weber was born Oct. 20, 1920, in Hays, Kan. He was an Army veteran of World War II and a life member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars.
Survivors include a brother, Oliver of Hays; and three sisters, Clementine Wasinger of Antonino, Kan., Mary Rohr of Denver and Josephine Mickelson of Clayton.
The funeral will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at St. Joseph Catholic Church, Hays, the Rev. Paulinus Karlin officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Visitation will be from 7 to 9 p.m. Monday at Hays Memorial Chapel, 20th and Pine, Hays, 67601.
