Hays -- Clementine Wasinger, 79, Hays, died Monday, March 1, 1993, at the St. Francis Regional Medical Center, Wichita. Mrs. Wasinger was born Clementine Weber on Sept. 22, 1913, at Yocemento and was a lifelong resident of the area.

She was a homemaker and a member of Our Lady, Help of Christians Catholic Church and the Christian Mothers, both of Antonino, and Daughters of Isabella, Hays.

Survivors include two sons, Delvein and Arlyn, both of Hays; four daughters, Vernetta Leikam of Denver, Firma Dreher and Leilia Wasinger, both of Hays, and Sherry Chesney of Stockton; a brother, Oliver Weber of Hays; two sisters, Mary Rohr of Denver and Josephine Mickelson of Clayton, Mich.; 12 grandchildren; and three great- grandchildren.

The funeral will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at Our Lady, Help of Christians Catholic Church, Antonino, the Rev. Frank Grinko officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery. A Daughters of Isabella rosary will be said at 7 p.m., a Christian Mothers rosary at 7:30 p.m. and a parish vigil will be at 8 p.m. today at the Hays Memorial Chapel.

Memorials may be made to St. Francis of Hays Dialysis Facility. Visitation will be from 1 to 9 p.m. today at the funeral home, 20th and Pine, Hays, 67601.
