CADILLAC - Esther (Louise) O'Connor, 81 of Cadillac died Friday night at Mercy Hospital following a short illness.
She made her home with her daughter at 611 Sunnyside Drive for the past 26 years.
She was born Sept. 2, 1893, in Sault Ste. Marie. She was married in Detroit Oct. 22, 1914 to Joseph Patrick O'Connor who preceded her in death. She was a member of St. Ann's Catholic Church.
Surviving are three sons, John P. of Armada, Edward J. of Kalamazoo, and Robert of Detroit; Two daughters, Mrs. Edwin (Beverly) McConnell of Cadillac and Mrs. Edwin (Joan) Socall of Detroit; a sister, Miss Helen Seymour of Kenwood Park; a brother, Charles of Detroit, 20 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be at 11 a. m. Tuesday in St. Ann's Catholic Church with Father O'Brien officiating. rosary will be said at 7 p.m. Monday at Peterson's Funeral Home.
Interment will be in Mt. Carmel Cemetery. Friends may call after 7 p. m. today.
