Nora Kemp, 80, of Springfield died Saturday at St. John's Hospice. She was born Dec. 27, 1916, in Bolton, England, the daughter of Thomas and Sarah Lewtas and stepdaughter of Thomas Roberts. She married Carroll T. Kemp on June 22, 1940. Mrs. Kemp had been a homemaker, foster parent and office manager, having retired from Equifax in 1978. She also had been employed by Sangamo Co. and Payvee and Co. and was a lifetime member of Fifth Presbyterian Church.
Survivors: husband, Carroll T.; two sons; two daughters; five grandchildren; a sister, Joan Stone of Riverton; three brothers, John Roberts of Rogers, Ark., George Roberts of Mission, Kan., and Robin Roberts of Temple Terrace, Fla.; 21 nieces and nephews; and several cousins.
Remains were cremated. Memorial services: Fifth Presbyterian Church.
