Obituary - Miss Belle C. Cooke died on Monday at the age of 81 years, at her home on Benson Avenue, Sayville. Miss Cooke had been ill for a long time. She was born in Brooklyn, the daughter of Abram and Fannie Ross Cooke, and lived there until 10 years ago when she moved to Bayport to live withher sister, the late Mrs. Wilson R. Smith. Since the death of her sister, she has made her home with her niece, Mrs. Edith I. McKee, who is her only survivor. Miss Cooke reposed at Raynor's Chapel until Wednesday afternoon when funeral services were held in St. Ann's Episcopal Church with the Rev. Joseph H. Bond officiating. Interment was in the family plot in St. Ann's Cemetery.
