Elizabeth was born in May 1628 and christened 1 June 1628 in St. Martin's Church, North Nibley. Her parents were John and Avis nee' Parsons Tyllye.

There is no proof that her birth surname was BACON. This was likely a carryover by earlier researchers who believed her to be a Kingsmill descendant, which has now been disproved.

Married John Holloway, a surgeon/physician in Northampton County, VA likely at Hungars Church before March 1643. She and John had a daughter, Priscilla, born 10 December 1643. Sadly, John died about 1 September 1643.

Married John Nuthall either shortly after Priscilla's birth in Northampton County, Virginia, also likely in Hungars Church.

Elizabeth had 5 known children:
- Priscilla Holloway (1643 - before July 1683)
- John Nuthall (1647-1714)
- Elinor Nuthall (1648- c. 1695)
- Elias Nuthall (1650-1704)
- James Nuthall (1651-1714)

Elizabeth died in September 1657 in or near Shoreditch, London, England and buried 16 September 1657 in section 1, 2nd row of the churchyard of St. Leonard's in Shoreditch. Members of the Nuttall, Holloway, Tilley and many more associated families were living in Shoreditch at the time. It is unknown what caused her death, but likely she may have died of plague, typhus, malaria, smallpox, consumption, tuberculosis, or flu which still waged in Europe and England. In 1657 4 deaths were attributed to plague, 56 to typhus (called "spotted fever and purples," 835 to smallpox, 997 to fever and 2,757 to consumption.
