Mattie met and married Frank Coonan son of John and Ellen(akaHelen) Reynolds Coonan born in Ireland who all lived/in Milwaukee, WI. They lived in Cook Co., Chicago where he was employed as laborer for Hog Island-Del. Company as known from 1920-1930.
Husband Frank Coonan passed in June of 1930 at a young age of 56. Mattie continued to live in Chicago on Howe St. until her passing into eternity with her reuniting to the love of her life. It is assumed she worked where her husband worked as she lived on Howe St until her death in 1946.
Mattie was remembered by Lowry family/cousins being at a family gathering in 1920-30s with picture noted and her reuniting finalty in Janesville at her burial Oct.3, 1946.
She is buried by her parents, and siblings. Her sisters Mary Jane(Lowry), Grace(Bebermeyer), Ella(Dennie), JesseBelle(Allen) survived her along with her in laws/nieces/nephews of Janesville--Stan and Robert; Marj, Norma; Hazel, Gladys, Walter and Floyd Lowry
