Curtis Welsh, born June 1, 1925, in Akron, Ohio joined his wife, Marie, and son, Jim, in Our Lord's Heavenly Kingdom on April 6, 2004.

His brothers, Jack, Jerry, Don, Robert, and sister, Beverly, also preceded Curtis in death.

He will be sadly missed by his sister, Marie Schaad; sister-in-law, Eileen Postal; brother-in- law, Robert and Sue Shu man; daughter, Dorothy (Tim) Moore; sons, Tom (Kathy), Tim, Kevin; grandchildren, Kim, Chris, Jason, Joyce, Matt, Megan, Lauren, Caitlin; and many great-grand children, nephews and nieces.

Curtis was active in Alcoholics Anonymous for over 40 years. It was through his association and participation in AA that he was able to gain peace and serenity throughout his life. Through his lifelong involvement with AA, he touched countless lives as a sponsor.

Curtis was an active member of Annunciation Catholic Church. In addition to his in volvement with AA, Curtis was an avid fisherman.

Mass of Christian Burial at Annunciation Catholic Church. Interment at Holy Cross Cemetery. In lieu of flow ers, donations may be made in Curtis' memory to the Interval Brotherhood Home or to Annunciation-St. John Grade School.
